BUS TICKET REGISTRATION

STEPS TO PURCHASE BUS TICKETS VIA QR CODE

Step 1: Download the App
Download the Danabus App from the Google Play Store for Android or the App Store for iOS.

Step 2: Register an Account
Access the Danabus App, tap the three horizontal lines icon in the top left corner of the screen, and select "Register or Log in." Choose "Register," fill in all required personal information, then tap "Register" to complete the account registration process.
Note: Priority users need to upload additional documentation for verification, such as student ID, worker ID from industrial zones, veteran ID, or proof of low income.

Step 3: Purchase a Monthly Ticket
Tap the three horizontal lines icon in the top left corner of the screen, select "My Tickets," then choose "Buy Ticket." Select the appropriate user category, route type, and ticket duration, then tap "Buy Ticket" to proceed to the payment screen.

Step 4: Payment
Choose a payment method: VNpay (linked to bank accounts) or Momo e-wallet. Complete the payment. You will receive a "ticket purchase successful" notification.

Step 5: Receive QR Code
Tap the three horizontal lines icon in the top left corner of the screen, select "My Tickets," then choose "Ticket List" to view all purchased tickets. Capture a screenshot or print out the QR Code to present to the ticket inspector when boarding the bus.
